Our Policy on Returns and Exchanges

We operate a print-on-demand service, meaning all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means we generally do not support returns or exchanges if a customer changes their mind or orders the wrong size/color. However, we are fully committed to ensuring you receive a high-quality product.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If you received a product that falls into one of these categories, please contact us immediately at suku@truthandorder.com with the following:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We will send you a free replacement or issue a refund. You generally will not be required to send the original item back.

Exchanges for Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds or free exchanges for orders where the customer selected the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind (buyer’s remorse).Please refer to the sizing charts available on every product page before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is returned to the print-on-demand facility due to an incorrect, insufficient address, or if it was unclaimed by the customer, you will be notified. The customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost. Items returned due to these issues will be held for 30 days. If a reshipment is not arranged within that time, the item will be donated to charity.
