My life has been a score composed of adventures brillante, turbulent bridges, resilient crescendos, and harmonious adaptations. All my professional experiences have given me a deep reverence for the human spirit. My personal experiences have made me respect the world it is destined to thrive in.
I hold an MS in Public Policy and International Affairs with accredited and continuing education in spiritual and physical health. Many define the latter credentials as someone trained to be a life coach. I’ve adopted the title Mindset Mentor, a subset of this profession. I believe internal beliefs are the most impactful guide for free will choices. As a Mindset Mentor, I aim to help you discover and navigate both.
For 25 years, I served as a senior officer at non-profit organizations dedicated to individual physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I also focused on empowering communities to honor the same values. I also contributed to, built, and sold several brick-and-mortar businesses during these years.
My story extends far beyond academic walls, boardrooms, and entrepreneurial endeavors. I am a mother of a daughter and a son. I understand the profound honor, joy, and challenges of nurturing the next generation. With humility, I also recognize their challenges, hopes, and dreams. As such, I am an unwavering advocate of healthy childhood development.
I am a reader, writer, and spiritualist. I was raised with Christian and Eastern principles. I’ve traveled the world figuratively and literally. I have experienced and reflected on the perspectives of different authors, poets, cultures, traditions, and religions. I am also a bilingual second-generation Indian-American. I carry the strength of brave pioneers. They dared to build a new life on welcome shores in unwelcoming environments.
Relationally, I’ve experienced long-term commitments like marriage, career, family, and canine friendship. Likewise, I’ve navigated dissolutions like divorce, death, and identity loss born from violence. These experiences have clarified the gravity of passion, sovereignty, and protection for me. They have become, with gratitude, a permanent part of my existence.
Finally, I am a singer/songwriter. Music is the love of my life! This beautiful marriage between mathematics and emotions is an eternal source of inspiration, grounding, and healing. No matter where life’s journey takes me, music will always be my go-to creative outlet and my confidant.
My company’s mission, Truth and Order, is guided by two principles: honesty and discipline. It aims to inspire intentional living for personal and professional fulfillment. I believe in everyone’s inherent capacity to live the life they genuinely want and consequently to make a positive impact in the world. I am dedicated to assisting individuals and groups in unlocking their full potential. They can achieve this on their timelines and with their unique capacities.

Our Origin Story: A Personal Quest for Alignment
In 2020, I faced a period of significant personal upheaval. During this time, I embarked on a journey. I wanted to understand what it truly meant to live authentically. This exploration led to the creation of a personal mantra: “Authenticity is the union of Truth and Order.” It became more than just a catchy phrase. It turned into the guiding principle for rebuilding my life. I focused on genuine self-expression and intentional action.
The Missing Pieces: Recognizing the Need for Honesty and Discipline
Through introspection, I realized a key thing. A sense of inauthenticity stemmed from a disconnect between my inner values and my outward actions. Two key elements were missing: unwavering honesty with myself and the discipline to consistently align my choices with that truth.

For years, I rigorously tested the “truth and order” framework in my own life. By committing to radical self-honesty and cultivating discipline in my thoughts and actions, I experienced profound and positive shifts. From subtle improvements in my daily life to significant personal breakthroughs, the power of this union became undeniable. Discipline, in particular, proved to be the catalyst that unlocked a deeper understanding and expression of my authentic self.

Witnessing the transformative impact of this approach firsthand, I felt compelled to share it with others. In 2023, Truth and Order Media was born. Our mission is to empower individuals and institutions. We help them navigate their own journeys toward authentic work and play. This is achieved through structured, intentional methods rooted in the principles of truth and order. We believe that everyone deserves to live a life where their inner self and outer world are in harmonious alignment, leading to greater fulfillment, stronger connections, and the resilience to thrive in the face of life’s challenges
